Design： the machine used a car diff as the drive unit so when loading up the feed plate the other side of the diff would spin and i had no drive to the rollers or plate. i sent numerous emails asking for a fix but never received an answer with a remedy. all they wanted wanted was a video showing it not working. a car diff if one side is loaded it will send all its drive to the least resistance. to this date they have not told me how to fix the machine so it works
